Semy redemption works through a tablet at your venue. When a customer redeems their Semy via the Semy mobile app, your server instantly receives a notification on your tablet with the customers name, drink order, and confirmation number.

When the customer walks up to the counter, the server simply verifies the order using the customer's name or confirmation number. Then the customer receives their drink.

Tips are included in the price paid through the app. At the end of the night, we’ll tell you how much you need to tip out your servers. Proceeds from drinks sold on the platform are automatically deposited into your venue’s account every day.
